Willett House is a multi-site small animal practice with our main site based in Staines and branches in Addlestone, Feltham, Hampton, Sunbury, Stanwell, Egham, and Laleham. We provide routine veterinary care, alongside an extensive range of advanced procedures and surgical techniques, all performed in-house.We’re a large but close-knit team. Our branches are strongly connected, with vets and nurses regularly moving between sites to share knowledge, support each other, and ensure that patients always receive the very best care.Our team of 16 vets ranges from enthusiastic new graduates to certificate holders in surgery, cardiology, internal medicine, and diagnostic imaging, as well as Advanced Practitioners. Many of our team have been with us for years, and it’s not just because of the kit (although we do have a lot of that!). We’re looking for a confident and compassionate vet with a few years of experience. Someone who enjoys working cases up properly, is comfortable with some sole charge responsibilities, and values being part of a supportive team. This role is ideal for a vet who is eager to grow their skills, help shape a busy practice, and take the next step in their career within a forward-thinking environment.Our Staines site serves as a hub for advanced procedures and collaborative case management, while our branches offer the chance to build close client relationships and enjoy a slightly steadier pace.The standard full-time role is a 4-day week, with a fixed day off. We’re looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon to work full-time at our busy two-vet Addlestone practice. You may prefer to work part-time (3-day week) or a 5-day week with shorter shifts; we can offer flexibility and are happy to adapt the role to suit the right person.The rota includes a 1-in-4 share of Saturday daytime shifts (8:00 am–5 pm) and no out-of-hours duties.As we host Vets Now at Staines, our team does
not
provide overnight, Sunday, or bank holiday cover, allowing you to enjoy a good work-life balance alongside a varied and rewarding caseload.Why Join Us?
