This is an exciting time to join this expanding business. We are looking for a confident and professional individual who has good organisational and administration skills and can easily adapt to a changing environment. The title of this role may change but the most important thing is that we find the right person who can manage multiple tasksOffice Manager duties may include:PA dutiesProject administrationProviding high end customer experienceManaging client bookingsLiaising with other departmentsAble to multi task and adapt priorities Arranging travel and accommodation bookingsFacility management Daily operational administrative tasksClient relationship managementConducting client meetingsProviding PA duties for the directorManaging the client Managing the bookings diary Other duties may include:Processing invoicesProcessing client ordersManaging logistics and stock managementProcessing timesheets and preparing for payroll We are ideally looking for someone who has worked in a small business, ideally as Office Manager and is used to working in a varied office environment and can be a real team player.
