You''ll take ownership of a significant electrical package within a major development, leading project teams and working closely with senior operational leadership to ensure successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

The Role

You''ll be involved in:

• Leading the delivery of a major electrical package on a large-scale construction project
• Managing project teams including Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers and Site Managers
• Overseeing programme, quality, commercial and operational performance
• Supporting project planning through PCSA, pre-construction and delivery phases
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders
• Driving health, safety and technical compliance across the project
• Reporting into senior project and operational leadership teams
• Supporting successful project delivery from inception through to completion

The electrical package forms a significant part of a major development with overall project values exceeding -80m.

What They''re Looking For

• Experience as an Electrical Project Manager within building services or MEP environments
• Proven track record delivering major construction projects
• Strong leadership and people management capability
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
• Good commercial and programme awareness
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Ability to lead projects through pre-construction and delivery stages
