Prospero Teaching is looking for a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant in St Albans. This role offers classroom experience supporting pupils with additional learning, communication and social needs.

You''ll work alongside teaching staff to:

• Support pupils individually and in small groups.

• Help children engage with learning and classroom routines.

• Encourage communication, confidence and independence.

• Share observations with the class teacher.

A psychology degree or a closely related qualification would be relevant. Experience through volunteering, mentoring, youth work or care is welcome, although previous school employment is not essential.
