Job Summary

The Reg Ops Change SME is responsible for maximising the business value of the product resulting from work done by the transformation teams. Working with the SPO and Regime leads towards successful delivery of the functional improvements to the transaction reporting platform.Key Responsibilities

Candidates should have a strong understanding of user requirements within regulatory/operational processes. This would be preferred within a TTR (Trade and Transaction Reporting) group but is not essential.Candidates will have knowledge of a range of financial products (e.g. Bonds, Equities, FX, Derivatives) and processes from end to end of financial operations.Candidates should have demonstratable experience in designing and implementing process enhancement within operational groups.Candidates will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people (cross border global teams). Candidates will also have excellent business and technical analytical skills and high-level problem-solving skills.About Standard Chartered
