As the Hounslow Store Manager you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience and being customer obsessed. You will influence the shopping experience to help customers express their individual style and personality, while ensuring the team supports one another and delivers results with a positive culture.The Role
You will lead your team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere in-store. You will be accountable for store performance, working with your Territory Leader to identify opportunities that impact KPIs, customer service, team development and overall sales – with a focus on delivering results while maintaining a fun, inclusive environment.You will be fully accountable for store performance, by working alongside your Territory Leader to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPI’s, customer service, team development and overall sales – so that we are playing to win!About You
You have previous store/deputy management experienceYou have a track record of effectively leading and managing a teamYou identify yourself as a New Look brand adorerYou have a history of delivering and exceeding KPI’s and key objectivesCommercial acumenExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional serviceExceptional organizational skills to handle inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment efficientlyWhy New Look?
