Experience in property maintenance with detailed knowledge of housing construction, disrepair and maintenance service delivery Experience in maintenance surveying with ability to: diagnose complex site problems; propose practical solutions; prepare costed specifications; manage contracts and project manage to resolution, contractors, operatives and site works; demonstrate excellent awareness of costs, value for money and health and safety risks Knowledge of relevant legislation and codes of practice The ability to be attentive to detail when writing specifications.
