Are you a Project Manager from an MEP/facilities maintenance background with healthcare experience looking to take the next step in your career within a complex healthcare environment?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a major facilities management operation supporting a prestigious Liverpool hospital, where you''ll play a key role in delivering lifecycle and variation projects as the programme enters an exciting new design and build phase.

You''ll take ownership of projects from early planning and design through to construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring works meet strict healthcare standards, regulatory requirements and commercial objectives.

Working alongside clinical stakeholders, contractors and technical teams, you''ll help deliver essential infrastructure improvements while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance.

With a varied project portfolio, opportunities to influence delivery strategies and scope to develop your technical expertise, this role is ideal for a forward-thinking Project Manager who thrives in a challenging environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on healthcare facilities.

The Role:

• Lead lifecycle and variation projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
• Oversee project budgets, financial reporting, programme delivery and commercial performance
• Manage design, procurement, contractor coordination, commissioning and training activities

The Candidate:

• Experience working on healthcare projects
• Facilities maintenance / MEP projects experience
• Strong commercial awareness
