I am seeking a Network Engineer with expertise in Infoblox to lead a migration project from a Legacy platform to a new environment. This is a 3-month contract with a focus on redesigning and implementing the migration of an outdated Infoblox installation that has been overdue for replacement. Key Responsibilities: Redesign and implement the migration from an old Legacy Infoblox platform to a new platform. Consolidate and migrate existing data, ensuring smooth transition with minimal disruption. Handle DNS (Windows Active Directory), DHCP, and IPAM as part of the migration process. Address potential reconfiguration needs for Cisco and Brocade systems (15+ years old), though networking involvement is minimal. Troubleshoot and provide security expertise for Infoblox in a networked environment. Work with Active Directory to configure DNS Servers for AD integration. Requirements: Strong knowledge of Infoblox (network and security) - this is the core requirement. Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, and IPAM. Experience in deploying Infoblox as a DNS server for Active Directory. Basic understanding of Cisco and Brocade systems (advantageous but not essential).
