This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated IT professional looking to join a supportive and energetic team within a business committed to innovation and growth.The successful candidate will play a key role on a busy support desk, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues across a Microsoft 365 environment. The role involves a mix of remote working, one day a week in the London office, and occasional travel to offices across the UK, so flexibility is key. A "security-first" mindset, combined with a proactive and user-focused approach, is essential.Key Responsibilities:Provide desktop and user support, resolving software/hardware issuesSupport and maintain Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and related systemsManage device deployment and user onboarding/offboardingCollaborate with third-party suppliers and internal teamsContinuously seek improvements to support services and user experienceSkills Required:Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and basic networkingExperience with desktop/laptop hardware, mobile devices (iOS), and device deploymentSolid communication skills and a self-motivated approachOrganised and able to prioritise a ticket queue effectivelyThis role of
