Facilities and Maintenance Team Leader
The Facilities and Maintenance Team is a critical front-line team providing a proactive support service ensuring high quality maintenance and orderliness throughout the College. The team also ensure the safety and safeguarding of all students, staff and visitors. Salary - £26,161 - £27,435 per annum There is also a requirement to be on-call on a rota basis for one week at a time. An on-call payment of £150 will be paid for each rota d week, and an additional fixed payment of £60 will be paid for each call-out. An exciting new position has arisen within the Facilities and Maintenance Team based at Strode College- Street, the Team Leader role will take a proactive role in ensuring that the team operates in an efficient and effective manner at all times and maintains a customer focussed approach in all that it does.
