Job Title: Service DesignerLocation: Leeds, 2 days per week onsiteRemuneration: Up to 600 per dayContract Details: Fixed Term Contract (6 months, Full Time)Responsibilities:Collaborate confidently within agile teams to uncover priorities, visualise outcomes, and define project scope.Shape strategic initiatives by integrating insights from colleagues, customers, and market trends to enhance services.Engage in workshops and discussions with stakeholders, ensuring business context, needs, and risks are well understood.Communicate effectively with teams to manage expectations and incorporate diverse perspectives in solution definition.Conduct research and document current and future state services.Make informed design decisions, prioritising user perspectives and challenging constraints as needed.Take ownership of your professional development and continuously seek to enhance your skills.Work closely with other designers, product owners, and engineers for integrated service solutions.Actively participate in the design community to share knowledge, generate ideas, and embed design principles across various customer journeys.
