Freelance Hands-on Site Manager Required in Ashford

GVR Solutions are currently seeking a Site Manager who is happy to get involved on the tools to join a well established main contractor in Ashford. They are looking for a Site Manager with a trade background to join them on a project where they are constructing two new build classrooms onto the back of an existing school.-

The Hands-on Site Manager must have/be:

• A strong trade background
• Experience working on education projects is advantageous
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Site Management
• Ability to oversee day-today operations and subcontractors
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Enhanced DBS-
