Account Manager - Temp to Perm

As a Customer Account Manager you will be responsible for managing existing clients and their accounts, supporting them with any queries or concerns as well as generating brand new business. This role will be fully office based in our client team in Southport and will be Mon - Fri. This role does offer an immediate start. DescriptionAs a Customer Account Manager you will: Managing and growing relationships with existing commercial clients by providing tailored solutions.Building strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as a key point of contact between the company and its commercial clients.Work closely with all internal teams to deliver exceptional service and strategic support to help clients meet their business objectives.General internal sales admin and paperwork. ProfileTo be successful in this role: Proven experience within sales, business development or account management.
