To manufacture their formulations to meet planned volumes and targets in accordance with safety and quality standards.In this Production Operative role, you will:Operate mixing machines and associated equipment.Set and run various mixing machines.Record and monitor relevant associated data.Maintain an excellent standard of housekeeping.Participate and contribute to daily briefings.Actively participate in safety, quality and continuous improvement activities.Have a sound knowledge of systems and procedures and carry out all work in a safe manner, reporting any issues via the appropriate system.Challenges personal performance and develops own skills and supports the team to deliver consistent resultsIn order to be successful as a Production Operative you must:Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments.Read and understand technical instruction manuals.Excellent verbal communication and team work skills to work with colleagues to achieve individual and team targetsDesire to champion the company valuesLogical problem solving skillsIf you have the relevant experience our client is looking for in this Production Operative role, we would like to hear from you.
