Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the Assessment Team at Lambeth Council. Duties and Responsibilities Undertakes complex child and family assessments in line with statutory requirements. Manages high-risk safeguarding cases and contributes to timely decision-making. Provides practice guidance, mentoring, and oversight to Social Workers. Supports quality assurance, reflective supervision, and practice improvement. Works in partnership with multi-agency professionals to safeguard children and young people. Maintains accurate, timely, and analytical case recording.
