They currently deliver day to day construction and property services for local authorities and housing associations nationally. Contracts are typically responsive repairs, planned maintenance, retrofit and fire safety projects. This role is to join the commercial department for the property services division. My client are ideally looking for someone with 5+ years experience as a commercial manager or director, however they would consider an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a step up.
