You will complete Excel-based pricing spreadsheets, submit tenders and work closely with the wider Estimating Department, ensuring successful tenders are handed over effectively to the Contracts Team.This role would suit an Estimator or similar with at least 5 years'' experience in the building/construction industry, a strong understanding of dilapidation and refurbishment works and experience pricing projects within a main contractor environment.
