This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Management Systems Engineer with strong technical knowledge of Trend, Tridium, Niagara, Distech and Siemens BMS systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and optimising Building Management Systems across a portfolio of schools, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably. As the role involves working within educational environments, an Enhanced DBS is essential. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on Building Management Systems. Service, maintain and troubleshoot BMS systems, particularly Trend, Tridium and Distech. Diagnose and rectify faults within BMS controllers, sensors, actuators and associated control equipment.
