Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

Our client is currently looking to expand their team and hire an additional sales support administrator. An excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation that prides themself on delivering a first class services to their ever expanding client base. This role is supporting the key account managers, been the first point of contact for customers regarding product information, processing orders etc.

Main Duties:

Collaborate with Account Managers to provide pre and post-sales support, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Source solutions and engage with suppliers for run rate products / software / services.

Provide accurate quotes to customers.

Act as a key point of contact and ensure orders are processed accurately and in line with contractual SLAs.

Engage with clients to gather feedback, address inquiries, and provide solutions.

Monitor and expedite client orders to ensure delivery within client SLAs, resolving any delivery issues ensuring the customer is informed as appropriate.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Ensure compliance with internal best practice processes.

Work in collaboration with internal departments such as finance, logistics, sales and purchasing.

To undertake additional duties that may be required from time to time.
