About You - Working within a fast-paced manufacturing/ production environment, you will have experience within the Food or beverage industry. You will have experience within senior leadership across production, Health and Safety, Quality and NPD. Main Purpose of the Job - Preventative maintenance on machines and equipment; as well as responding to emergency machine break downs throughout the Factory; Involvement with new design, installation and movements of existing machines; Overhaul and repair of machines and equipment. Ensuring machines and equipment on site are safe, working efficiently and fit for purpose. Health and Safety Be a Health and Safety Champion, always putting health and safety first and carrying out best practices and procedures. Highlight any concerns with health and safety Food Safety Work closely with technical team to ensure any repairs or maintenance are in line with technical guidelines People Leadership Be a role model for the companies'' values and be accountable to these high standards.
