Support Worker

• Supporting young people aged 16-19 years with Learning Difficulties
• Special Needs 6th Form provision
• 8.30am - 4.00pm, Monday-Friday
• ASAP start

We are exclusively seeking passionate and professional Support Workers who go all-out to provide the very best care and support for their clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity in Greenwich within a brand new Special Needs 6th Form School!

There are full-time, part-time and ad-hoc positions available, with working hours being from 8.30am - 4.00pm, Monday - Friday.

If you have experience supporting individuals with Learning Difficulties, Mental Health needs and/or Physical Disabilities, then we would love to hear from you.

We are consistently partnering with ''GOOD'' and ''OUTSTANDING'' provisions.

• Working in collaboration with your team to deliver the highest quality of care
• Following students'' specific care plans
• Teaching skills for independent living such as cooking, cleaning and shopping
• Supporting students'' social and behavioural development

The ideal Support Worker will have experience working within an assisted living facility, SEN school or care home, and will have a positive and caring attitude with excellent communication skills.

Reliability and a strong team work ethic are essential within this role.
