Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations, adhering to all relevant policies and regulations.

Foster a positive, supportive working environment where team development, including apprentices and junior chefs, is encouraged.

Contribute to maintaining and enhancing The Jettys reputation as one of the South Coasts leading dining destinations.
