Yolk Recruitment is supporting the recruitment of a Quality Manager to lead the Quality function, manage a team and drive improvements across quality systems, customer satisfaction and manufacturing processes.This is a key role for someone with strong technical knowledge and a hands-on approach to quality. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and customer requirements, while working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve standards.The role covers all areas of quality, including audits, customer complaints, supplier performance, corrective actions and automotive quality requirements.
