We are looking for an experienced Head of SHEAQ / HSEQ to provide strategic leadership across Safety, Health, Environment, Assurance and Quality. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping SHEAQ strategy, developing a high-performing team, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving a strong safety and continuous improvement culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the organisation''s SHEAQ strategy and function. Provide strategic advice and assurance to the Managing Director, Operations Director, Senior Leadership Team and Board. Lead, develop and coach the SHEAQ team. Ensure compliance with relevant UK legislation, regulations and industry standards. Oversee risk management, operational assurance, audits and regulatory inspections. Lead significant incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions. Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Build strong relationships with regulators, customers and external stakeholders. Drive a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across the organisation.
