Job Title: Project Manager - Social Housing Project and Improvements Location: Remote (with occasional office visits in Havering)Rate: 26.13 PAYE/Umbrella 34.15 potential would pay more for the right candidate Hours: 18 hours per week (can be split over 2.5 days/3 days or 4 days)Are you a passionate Project Manager ready to take on an exciting new challenge? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage project delivery from feasibility to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior council officials and technical teams.Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and stakeholder matrices to keep projects on track.Monitor project performance, providing timely updates and solutions to potential challenges.Ensure seamless handover of projects to business as usual.What We''re Looking For:Substantial experience in large project management or change management within a complex organisation.Social Housing knowledge or experienceStrong stakeholder communication and management skills, with exceptional verbal and written abilities.Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince
