What you''ll do: Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the commercial building. Fault-find and repair electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, control panels, and associated building services. Assist with High Voltage and Low Voltage switching duties, following site procedures and safety protocols. Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety and compliance requirements.
