Direct message the job poster from United ResponseUnited Response are seeking a full-time Lead Senior Support Worker with experience in our service in Harrogate. Supporting one lady in her own home to independently live a fulfilled and varied life.Requirements:Experience in complex needs and challenging behaviourExperience in lone workingYou must hold a Full UK driving licence and be able to drive manual vehicles.You will be required to work days, evening and weekend, so flexibility is essential.Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care; NVQ Level 5 preferred.Previous experience in a senior support role.As a Lead Senior Support Worker, you’ll be pivotal in supporting individuals with daily living, safeguarding their wellbeing, and helping them achieve their aspirations.
