Head of Sales- Bridging Warrington Full Time- Office Based The Role The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and developing the sales function to deliver sustainable growth in loan completions. The role carries full accountability for sales performance, broker relationships, pipeline management, and sales team leadership, with a core objective of increasing monthly completions from £1.25m to £2.0m. The Head of Sales will act as the senior commercial lead across the business, ensuring sales activity is aligned with underwriting appetite, operational capacity, and risk management. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Performance and Delivery Ownership of monthly and annual completion targets - Development and maintenance of a high-quality sales pipeline - Monitoring and improving conversion ratios - Accountability for forecasting accuracy and sales outcomes 2. Sales Leadership and Team Management Leadership of the sales function, including BDEs and BDMs - Setting KPIs, activity targets, and performance expectations - Conducting regular 1-to-1s and pipeline reviews - Building a high-performance sales culture 3.
