Internal Sales – Electrical Wholesale
Location: Near Brierley Hill
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
We’re supporting a well-established electrical wholesale branch near Brierley Hill that’s looking to add an Internal Sales professional to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with industry experience who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced trade counter environment.
The Role:

- Handling incoming enquiries by phone, email and at the trade counter
- Quoting, pricing, and processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Building strong relationships with regular customers and suppliers
- Offering product advice and recommending suitable alternatives where needed
- Supporting the external sales team with quotes and customer follow-up
- Ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry through to delivery

What We’re Looking For:

- Internal sales or trade counter experience within electrical wholesale
- Good product knowledge across the electrical range
- Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a busy environment
- Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to get involved in all areas of the branch
