What We re Looking For Experience supporting children or young people (SEN, care, youth work, support work or similar)Understanding of Special Educational Needs (autism, ADHD, SEMH, etc.); desirableStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPatient, empathetic, and resilient approachAbility to build strong, trusting relationships with pupilsA valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle; preferred What GSL Education
