About the role As a Learning and Support Assistant (LASA), you ll play a vital role in our classrooms, supporting both teachers and pupils. Your role could include: Working alongside the teacher to support whole-class learning. Supporting individual pupils with behaviour management and social development (training provided). Bringing your own strengths and interests into the classroom whether that s a subject passion, creative skills, or something else that enriches the learning experience.
