The successful candidate will have: Demonstrable experience in administration and operational leadership.Strong finance and budget management skills.A background in HR or line management.Excellent communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities with clarity and empathy.A genuine passion for the arts and inclusive, values-led leadership.
