The Role: We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative - Machine Minder to join a busy production team. This is a hands-on role involving regular movement around the production area, monitoring machinery, handling finished products, packing and sorting components, and carrying out visual quality checks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are processed, checked and packed correctly while maintaining a high standard of quality and housekeeping.
