Position: Senior Welder / Fabricator Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 depending on experience Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire Senior Welder / Fabricator required. Our client is an established engineering and manufacturing business based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join their engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality TIG and MIG welding and fabrication across aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel. The role will involve manufacturing thin-gauge components and assemblies, producing one-off parts, prototypes, small batches and regular production items using technical drawings, sketches, samples and verbal instructions. This is a varied, hands-on workshop position offering the opportunity to work across different fabrication projects, from bespoke components and prototype development through to repeat production work. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, maintain high standards of workmanship and support the wider engineering team where required.
