Job Overview: As a Technical Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert support to their customers, ensuring that their access control systems are installed, configured, and maintained effectively. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and providing detailed technical advice to customers. Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing these through to resolution 2. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve product issues 3.
