They are now looking for an experienced Property Paralegal to join their friendly and supportive team on a temporary basis.The OpportunityThe successful Property Paralegal will provide support to the Partners and wider property team, ideally bringing experience across both residential and commercial property. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal seeking a full-time ongoing temporary position within a well-regarded and supportive law firm.Responsibilities will include:Typing dictation and preparing correspondenceDrafting Transfers, AP1s and DS1s as requiredPreparing and submitting Land Registry applications and documentationObtaining company documentation via Companies HouseCompleting and submitting SDLT returns onlinePreparing report documentation for purchasesObtaining quotes for indemnity policiesDiary managementFile opening and completion of due diligence requirementsFile closures and general file managementProviding general administrative and paralegal support to the Partners and wider property teamThis Property Paralegal role is a full-time, temporary position, working Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm.RequirementsMinimum 2 years'' ..... full job details .....
