Teaching Assistants Needed – SEN Primary School, Worthing
Immediate Start | Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

We are working with a welcoming and supportive primary SEN school in Worthing to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their team on both a full-time and part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of children with a range of additional learning needs, within a school that prides itself on nurturing every pupil to reach their full potential.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with a variety of learning needs, both 1:1, 2:1 and in small groups
• Working closely with class teachers and the SEN team to implement tailored learning plans
• Helping to create a safe, structured, and encouraging classroom environment
• Assisting with personal care and daily routines where required
• Building trusted relationships with pupils to support their emotional, social, and academic development

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN, or relevant experience with children more broadly (education, childcare, youth work, etc.)
• A genuinely kind, patient, and caring nature
• Resilient & Flexible approach
• Strong communication skills and a real passion for inclusive education
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
