The role will involve providing day to day secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the IP team, as well as supporting the wider secretarial function when required. This position would suit someone with prior experience in an IP or professional services environment who is confident working in a fast paced setting.Responsibilities:Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the IP teamManaging correspondence including drafting emails, letters and responding to routine communicationsCoordinating diaries, meetings and calls for fee earnersActing as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholdersPreparing and amending documentation relating to patent and trade mark mattersMaintaining accurate electronic files and supporting paperless working practicesAssisting with billing processes including invoicing and updating work in progressUsing case management systems to
