HR Business Partner - Leeds based with UK wide travel

A brand new role working as part of a wider HR team reporting into the Chief People Officer.You will be aligned to your business area for approx 120 employees UK wideClient DetailsA well established business newly acquired into a wider business group. Approx 120 employees UK wide across 7 sites.DescriptionAct as a Business Partner delivering a proactive, commercial and value add service across all UK sitesProvide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company''s vision.Manage complex employee relations casework.Effective implementation of people change projects in conjunction the relevant site/sWorking with each site, create a headcount budget and resourcing strategy to ensure great cost effective recruitment decisions are made.Create and implement a Wellbeing strategy for the organisation.Ensure Policies and procedures are visible, current and engaging.Administration of contracts and other correspondence for our employees.Support engagement activities on sites, conducting employee opinion surveys annualling.Manage all employee relations and absence management activities.New starter onboarding and leaver offboarding. ProfileA successful HRBP should have:A degree in human resources or related field - desirableAble to be Leeds based 2 days per week with UK wide travel using own vehicleProficiency in HR management systems.Strong knowledge of employment law.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven
