Previous experience running/ working on the Night shift is beneficial. Duties: This is a critical leadership role focused on delivering operational excellence Eliminating shortages, maintaining strict stock accuracy You will act as the key link between teams You will take full ownership of night shift performance Ensuring workloads are completed accurately and on time while preparing clear priorities for the following day Improving scan accuracy, enforcing returns and double-scanning procedures Ensuring urgent equipment, including sub-hires, repairs, shortages, and new stock is identified and moved without delay.
