Leading a team of 25 in your area of the operation, your main role is to keep that team engaged, motivated and performing at its best every shift. You''ll guide, monitor and coach your team and delegate work effectively and ensure KPIs are met while keeping quality, accuracy and health and safety standards high. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads from the front and enjoys getting the best out of people.
