Business Sales Executive

Noodle Talent Partners are exclusively working with a successful, growing organisation, recruiting the position of Sales Executive and looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the team in Norwich, where you will contribute to the ongoing development of their client base and sales revenue, with opportunities to progress your career. This is a Permanent, full time position, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Hybrid working available with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. Responsibilities Liaising with new and existing cllients via business development calls to generate new business and sales growth Building a sales pipeline from warm leads and new leads Using a consultative manner to build rapport with clients and identify their needs and challenges, promoting business products to clients to meet their needs and drive revenue Ensure clients are engaged and see the value and return on the products they are investing in Converting prospects into clients and securing sales Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients to maximise retention and client satisfaction Deliver excellent service standards to clients Handle any relevant sales contracts and administration Manage a sales pipeline, forecasting effectively Work towards business and individual goals and targets What skills and experience are we looking for?
