This operational role will be responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the brand are able to attract and retain the best talent. Please note - financial services or professional services experience would be advantageous. As the Talent Acquisition Lead / Internal Recruiter you will act as a trusted partner to the business, ensuring they are able to identify, attract and secure individuals with the capability to develop the organisation. This is a very small team environment and will be a hands on, operational role. You will join a talented, friendly HR team and will line manage one direct report.
