Test Cell and Installation Preparation Prepare test rigs and facilities for scheduled tests. Conduct safe, repeatable, and high-quality installations of powertrain systems into test cells. Perform low voltage and high voltage electrical installations, cooling system setups, and facility equipment configurations. Support fabrication and accurate instrumentation fitment as required. Test Execution and Data Quality Operate test rigs both manually and using automation systems. Execute and maintain automated test routines. Monitor and ensure high-quality test data. Ensure all tooling is calibrated and compliant with operational standards. Maintenance and Downtime Minimisation Carry out first-line servicing and repairs on test systems. Diagnose faults and escalate issues promptly to minimise downtime. Conduct preliminary data analysis and take corrective action when needed. Facility and Team Support Maintain workplace organisation and cleanliness using 5S and TPM principles. Support with goods handling, inspection, and logistical tasks. Contribute to process improvement and documentation of local work instructions. Participate in training activities and support skill development across the team.
