The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support across the sales function, ensuring customer information, orders, quotations, renewals and internal processes are managed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team. Process sales orders, quotations, renewals and related documentation. Maintain accurate customer and sales records on internal systems and CRM. Assist with the preparation of quotations, proposals and other sales documentation. Monitor subscription and contract renewal dates. Liaise with customers regarding administrative queries, documentation and account information. Support the sales team with updating and maintaining sales pipelines. Process invoices and assist with relevant sales and finance administration.
