Position: M&E Project Manager
Location: Shinfield, Reading
Salary: -65-75k plus Car allowance

We have partnered with a well-established and highly respected M&E Principal Contractor with over 25 years of proven success in the industry. The business operates across the commercial sector, with expertise in data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, local authority, industrial and Public Health environments.

Due to continued growth and the recent award of a new contract, they are now seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to take ownership of a major Public Health project based in the Shinfield area. The project consists of 30-40 programmes of work; overall, the project will span across Laboratory, welfare and office spaces.

The M&E Project Manager will oversee the full mechanical and public health pipe work installation package, with additional systems including LTHW, CHW, domestic water, lab water, SVP, RWP and lab drainage.

Job Requirements

• Must have previous experience operating projects within MEP
• Ideal to have managed Pipework within the Public Health or similar sector
• Desirable to have covered Public Health projects/contracts
• Operated for a Principal contactor with Tier 1 clients.
• Live within commutable distance of Shinfield, Reading.
• Hold CSCS Black Card and/or SMSTS

Salary & Benefits

• Salary between -65,000 - 75,000 based on experience
• Car allowance - -3,500 per annum
• 25 days holiday plus bank
• 5% employee contribution 3% employer contribution
• 4 x Death in service - After probation
• Private Healthcare - After probation
