You will design, configure and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support front-line services. You will turn business requirements into reliable, well-documented solutions that improve how the organisation works with the people it serves. Key responsibilities Configure and customise D365 (Customer Service / CE and/or Finance and Operations) to meet business requirements Run requirements and fit-gap sessions with service teams and turn the outcomes into functional designs Build and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI Develop workflows, business rules, security roles, forms, views and dashboards Support integrations with line-of-business systems using APIs, Dataverse and Azure services Plan and support data migration, testing and UAT Provide second and third line support, resolve incidents and manage change through release cycles Produce clear technical and functional documentation and train end users where needed James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.
