This role will drive the development and delivery of PMSM or permanent magnet synchronous motor control systems projects for a variety of applications across automotive, aerospace and defence. You’ll be working closely with the department head to provide technical leadership and support and mentorship to the team.About you

You will be an accomplished engineer with a focus on motor inverter development and control and should have experience working on projects with things like motor physics (torque/flux), control algorithms and developing software control strategies.
