When not on the road, you''ll support engineering and testing activities that help shape innovative, sustainable cooling technology.What We''re Looking ForEssential skills and qualifications:F-Gas Category 1 qualificationBrazing experience (oxy-propane or oxy-acetylene)Competent brazing with copper and silver solderRefrigeration background (cool rooms, HVAC or similar)Electrical and mechanical engineering skillsValid UK manual driving licenceHappily willing to work long hours, travel extensively, and stay away as neededDesirable:Trailer refrigeration or HVAC diagnostics experienceStrong problem-solving for unplanned maintenanceConfident communicator with good technical documentation skillsAbility to prioritise and work independently under SLA timescalesEnthusiastic, "hands-on" approach and a passion for sustainabilityKey ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical issues on first visit wherever possibleAttend field breakdowns across depot locations,
